It is said that the person who gossips too much is very dishonest and untrustworthy too. Never gossip too much with your employee about your as well as their personal life. This habit of gossiping can decrease the productivity and kill honesty. Too much gossip creates untrustworthy atmosphere.
Mind Your Facial Expression
Being an entrepreneur, you’ve definitely make a lovely face expression to negotiate. You should always maintain and work on your face expression. A boss that makes a grim face drives his employees away and creates unhealthy relationship atmosphere. You should always make an attentive face and bring smile on your face when necessary, should always keep a standard facial expression.
Never use slang words in E-mails as well as on you tongue
I’ve seen many of us while chatting or have any conversation using ‘lol’. Now may be your child and wife understands this word. Like I feel like ‘lol’ as a guy drowning in a river asking for help saying ‘help me’, just joking. Now when you use such slangs with your clients, it looks poor and unprofessional. You should always maintain the professional quality of writing.
Don’t Spam Social Networking Sites
Most of the employees and clients after office logon the social networking site like ‘Orkut’ and specially Facebook’. It is natural that they want to give some time to outside world too and if you send a friend request to your employee to add you on social networking sites, they feel nervous about what to share what not to share and whom to associate with. Maybe they want to keep profiles personal. So don’t send such friend request to your employee but if you employee send you friend request, go ahead and accept it.
Another tips is don’t spam other by posting your speech or your business speech on others wall, this will decrease trustworthiness and social networking site may ban you from their site for doing this which badly hurts you reputation.. Instead you can personally contact them. By doing this, they may revert back to you for more information about your business.
Never Stick on Your Small Talk
Everybody believes that the conversation should be short and sweet but you should match certain factors like, your small talk should be on a point, believable, likable and trustworthy. Most of the times, preplanned small talk can be very boring to others. So your small communication should be very interesting and to make your small talk interesting and appreciated by others, you should build the trust level and develop your communication skills.
